The amazing location by the lake is a major highlight, and the staff displayed genuine friendliness. Some services were inconsistent, with long waits and restaurant closures being disappointing. The room was beautiful but not quite worth the price paid, considering some issues with housekeeping.

Staff and amenities - all was very good. The efficient and attentive staff provided all the necessary info. The room was very comfy, exceptionally comfortable bed. There were tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges. The location was peaceful and superior, within walking distance of Jasper Yellowhead Museum. There was a lounge restaurant nearby.

The staff was cute and the facilities were well
Maintained. The Fairmont Queen Room was lovely, offering a nice patio and view. During peak hours, the restaurant service suffered a bit, causing longer wait times for food.

Loved a flat-screen television, a sitting area and ironing facilities in the room. Had secluded location to formal restaurants in the form of the coffee shop.

We loved watching elk casually stroll by our cabin while enjoying the soothing river views. The rustic charm of our room combined with modern amenities created a perfect retreat.

I really like the tranquility of it all.
when we reached our room, the room was 10C. Very cold! We had a cognac at the main building after our wonderful dinner and the server was not very friendly, he served us XO cognac in scotch glasses and wasn't very nice when we asked for a cognac glasses. We finally talked to someone about it and they solved it. I also told the server someone had vomit on the carpet all over the bathroom and 45 minutes later, it wasn't clean. Unacceptable!

The location and scenery were fantastic. I love how the hotel seems to have its own little place in paridise and still slow close to town.

Great escape into a serene place.
Disappointed to see the flag not lowered to half mast upon the death of Peter Lougheed. Extra charge for wireless access. Many travellers like ourselves merely want to spend 10 minutes checking our e-mail each day; to be charged 14.95 when virtually every other stop on our travels includes it gratuitously was both surprising and disappointing.

The lodge beautifully blends rustic charm with modern amenities. I appreciated the accessibility features, complemented by amazing views of Lac Beauvert and the surrounding mountains.
More seating options for relaxation in common areas.

The beautiful location
The parking site that was far from my room and the one way traffic that was not marked clearly causing me to make a turn in a very narrow spot. I was also disappointed in the distance from the curb to my room to which I had to pull a very heavy bag. I found the site map confusing.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, well kept room.
What I didnt like was that I had to make a reservation for my dinner, I've stayed in other Fairmont hotel and this was the first time I was asked if I had a reservation. (6pm) In the informal dining area me and my husband ordered drinks, and our waiter forgot about us, we've waited about 15 to 20 mins to get it. He noticed it an had his manager apologize to us but still I always expect excelence from Fairmont.
